SCADA that intentionally built and dedicated
as a TOOL for
Test and Commissioning Power Supply
System of TPSS, LRT. TECMS is connected to one of Power PLC .
Through FO cable linked to every TPSS, TECMS
can access, control and monitoring any
equipment that connected to Power PLC at every
TPSS. In the first idea, TECMS is built and
dedicated for three (3) TPSSs only as
shown at bellow figure. Currently can access to all TPSS through FO.
Why TECMS Built :
- We need special TOOL to make sure that every IEC-104/Modbus IO address list provided by our vendor can be accessed using any vendor SCADA and completely right.
- Will ease for us to integrate with the real SCADA (provided by SCADA WPC) at further SIT phase.
- Anticipating since beginning IF : § first train came on site and needed a dynamic test § SCADA WPC was not ready yet to install their SCADA but some reasons.
- TECMS can : §control, monitor and log any selected electrical data §Analyze electrical performance of TPSS
- More safe for operator to operate MV Switchgear especially at first time energization.
