Interior design is a field of scientific study that is based on design and is a part of the architecture. Interior design is the process of shaping the experience of interior space. The purpose of interior design is to create a nice built environment along with the supporting elements. The design of an interior space is one of the main aspects that built the character of the room. Character of the room has a high impact on the quality of the space and also the quality of human’s activity and interaction inside. Interior design is more than just aesthetics. Interior design is also about finding creative design solutions for interior environments while supporting the health, safety and well being of occupants and enhancing their quality of life. That is why architecture and interior design fields are always related and considered both an art and a science.
